*My jewelry counts go as follows - All sets and pairs count as 1 *A set counts as 1 no matter how many pcs. are in that set, (example - necklace, bracelet, brooch, pr. earrings count as 1) - * pr. of earrings count as 1. *Information on designers, If I cannot make out a signature I put ?.
Listings will be at auction without a buy it now - auction only, I will NOT end an auction for anyone, this is not fair to the others interested in the listing. If the listing does not sell at auction, it may be listed at an auction again and if not, a buy it now or both.  SO PLEASE DO NOT ASK TO END AUCTIONS, I WILL NOT DO IT.   PLEASE TAKE THE TIME READ BELOW ALL INFORMATION  ON MY SITE
* I sell mostly Antique / Vintage jewelry, this means it has been pre owned.  This means it could have some slight wear, possibly some tarnish or some such.  I do not repair or clean any jewelry.  I cannot quarantee that somewhere along the line that someone has not replaced a pearl, stone, changed a clasp, reglued, etc.  When I purchase jewelry I inspect the jewelry to make sure it is complete, but I can not quarantee that all stones, pearls etc. are authentic as created from the factory, designer, artist. I do not test jewelry for gold or silver, I state what it is marked, all testing is your responsibility and I can not be held responsible if the jewelry is marked gold or silver and it is not.  If you purchase from me and feel as if something has been replaced etc. along the line, REMEMBER this is antique / vintage PRE OWNED jewelry which has most likely been worn and passed through many hands.  If there are any flaws such as missing stones, broken stones etc. I will inform you.  NO ONE IS PERFECT BUT I DO TRY HARD TO FIND ANY FLAWS AND INFORM YOU.  I JUST NEED YOU TO UNDERSTAND THAT THIS ANTIQUE / VINTAGE JEWELRY THAT HAS BEEN PRE OWNED AND WORN.  Color of jewelry is one the hardest to capture on camera and can also be distorted by lighting as well as simple perception....from one person to another.  I can not be responsible on how you view or perceive color.  I do not quarantee any watches for running, needing batteries and so on, they are buy as is.  Pierced earrings may have a back missing or it may not be the original one sold with it. All Jewelry is packed in zip lock bags & boxed for safe shipping.
*Remember that this is in fact a auction or buy it now, and what you bid on or buy is your choice, and what I consider wonderful, beautiful, great, collectible, antique may not meet your definition of the same, therefore ask all and any questions to be sure of what you are bidding on or purchasing.  It is very important to me that this auction or buy it now is a positive experience for you and I.  I have collected, purchased and sold for over 40 years so I have a good concept of what many items are, but in no way do I profess to be an expert of anything, this is why you should ask any and all questions relevant to your item.  No question is to insignificant to ask.  I would rather you know and feel comfortable with an item before bidding or purchasing to protect yourself and from you having buyers remorse, which ends up costing you and I time, money and frustration.
*Any props or display models, pieces are not part of the sale.
*Payment is required in 2 days for auction or buy it now, unless arrangements have been made with me for combining shipping on multiple purchases or another circumstance that have been made through you and I. I have noted that most serious, confident and happiest buyers pay within the 2 days Auction end or buy it now, and this meets my criteria.  Payment not made within the 2 days will be turned in as a no pay.  I will not cancel a sale, I will turn in as a NO PAY!
*Shipping - I will combine on multiple purchases when possible.  Contact me so I know you are interested in multiple purchases, to make arrangements, let me know when you are finished purchasing, then I will send you a combined invoice.  Do Not pay until you receive the combined invoice, if you pay separately, your purchases will ship separately. I prefer to ship Priority with the tracking and insurance.  If you want a signature confirmation put on delivery of your package you can request one and the cost is .70 which you are responsible to pay, so inform me before making payment so I can add it to your invoice, once you have paid it is to late.
*International buyers are welcome.  The buyer is responsible for all duties etc.  If international buyer request First Class Mail International on packages under 4#'s, I will ship it FCM International under the understanding that the buyer is responsible for any loss or damage. I will not be held responsible.  I list it with shipping Priority Mail International for it has insurance and this protects you and I.* I print shipping labels on line and I receive a discount, this will be refunded to all international buyers to their pay pal account s you only pay what I am charged.
