    Ultra Cruz Psyllium Fiber is a high quality psyllium husk that removes sand from the gastrointestinal system. Due to grazing, sand buildup occurs throughout the digestive system; unfortunately, most Horses are unable to pass the sand through the digestive tract, causing colic in most Horses. Once psyllium husk makes with water in the digestive tract, it forms a gelatinous coat. As the gelatinous psyllium husk passes through the gastrointestinal tract, sand becomes trapped in the gel and then is naturally removed from the digestive system.
