Shipping
We provide fast shipping on our Products. All purchases are final. We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx within 3 business days after payment is received. We ship Monday to Friday excluding holidays. Late shipments might occur from time to time especially during the holiday season. Please contact the seller if you have any questions regarding your order. We only ship to the shipping address provided during checkout. Remember it is the buyers responsibility to track the shipment of their order. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable so please make sure you have the right address on the order. Any additional shipping instructions must be indicated when placing the order. You have any questions, please contact us before buying. We ship to the lower 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APOs. Unfortunately, At this time, we do not ship internationally. Some items may be delivered with curbside delivery. An adult signature may be required. Returns will not be accepted on Freight items after they have been delivered, inspected, and the driver has left the premises.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for some of our products and a no return policy on some of our products. Please read the description of the item before you buy. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! We do not accept returns/exchanges because of a change of mind or ordered by mistake. We are happy to answer any questions you have before you make a purchase. We strive to reply to your questions ASAP. There is a 50% Restocking Fee on any non-defective products per item requested for a return. In a situation where you received a defective item, the customer has up to 3 days from the date of delivery to contact the seller for a resolution. Defective items must be packaged in their original retail packaging and please indicate a detailed description of the problem by contacting the seller. Only factory defects returns are accepted as a reason for a FULL REFUND. Any other return will result in a PARTIAL REFUND OR NO REFUND. In the case of factory defects, please contact the seller immediately. We can offer replacement parts or exchange them for a new item. Please Note: All items we sell are brand new sealed in their original packaging unless indicated otherwise. Returning an item must be in all of the original packagings and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it. You will be required to cover shipping on the return of non-defective items. All returns MUST be done within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please note that we cannot give refunds or replacements after the 30-day limit has expired. Please allow up to 7 business days for the return payment to be processed. We do our best to process as quickly as possible. We are extremely fair, and in the rare event of something out of the ordinary happening with our products or shipping, we will gladly work with you to find a fair resolution.
