Note that we ship most small items in durable polyolefin mailer envelopes instead of a box to help keep the cost down so we can continue to offer free shipping. This may occasionally cause some cosmetic damage to the product box (if it has one) but not the product bottle or blister pack itself. Of course if the product is damaged, we will replace it.
We must charge sales tax to Kansas residents.
We ship Monday - Friday. Payments received by Noon CST will normally ship the same day.
Insurance is included in the shipping cost. Your satisfaction is our biggest priority. If there is any problem with your order, please let us know ASAP. We will do whatever we can to make it right.

We must include a valid Customs form and invoice with the exact product amount and description. We cannot write "GIFT" anywhere on the form or package. It typically takes 7-28 business days for a package to arrive to an international address, depending on how long Customs in your country takes before releasing the package. We cannot control this. International 1st class mail cannot be tracked.
We cannot be responsible for products ceased by your Customs so please verify you can receive this product in your country before purchasing. If it is denied and returned to us by your Customs undamaged and unopened, we can refund the price of the product but not the shipping once received back. International 1st Class Mail has no tracking available, International Priorty Mail has limited tracking.
All international shipments are insured for loss or damage (not confiscation) but due to occasional Customs delays, we cannot file a claim with our insurance company until 45 days after shipment.
