    Each box has has a dispenser/syringe with each "notch" representing 50 pounds - and and markers at each 250 pound increment marked like a ruler - up to 1250 pounds.
    Each box contains 113.6 milligrams* of active ingredient. For a 250 pound horse, there would be 22.7 milligrams in the 5 "notches".  If you used 3 "notches" that would be 13.63 milligrams which is the dose for 125 pound horse.
