I am offering today a
1918 WWI Registration Certificate Card Military Draft York, Pennsylvania with a pic of soldier and family.  I cannot read the name on the document, however there is a name card included.  Name George B. Hinkel.  There is no name on the back of the pic.  Purchased from estate sale and it was all together like you see it.   Was all in this holder.  Good condition with a piece of the paper missing from the document.  See Pics.
There may be what appears to be white streaks on the item, but this is from the overhead light and not on the item itself, unless otherwise noted in the description.
